Error is Warning: Missing argument 1(2) for add_custom_image_header() for brightfolio/functions.php on line 51 and defined in wp-includes/theme.php on line 1465.
fixed in 3.1.3

Just remove “add_custom_image_header()” in the line 51 in file brightfolio/functions.php
